For the 2 'circles':
1)First go to the proxy server like 
http://www.docoja.com/blue/ (If you are NOT from UK otherwise skit this step)
2)Paste the following link in the blank URL bar  of the proxy server and press ENTER on your keyboard:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/cinema/?id=202
3)Log in stardoll!






For the Dress you don't need any proxy,just follow the steps:
1) Firstgo find your user ID number on Stardoll:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/account/?show=settings 

and copy that number

2)Then go to : http://www.paramountpictures.co.uk/PremiereClub/PremiereClub_Promotion.asp?PID=832&u=
and paste your user ID number at the end! It's possible you'll have to add the '=' between 'u' and your ID number when you click the link!! Another way is to copy paste the link in a new tab :]

3. And press 'Enter' and register with fake info!
